June in your garden
The main activity this month is planting seedlings and sowing seeds for spring vegetables. Make sure to protect plants from slugs and snails, and from fungal disease.
Plant new fruit trees. Prune deciduous fruit trees. Spray deciduous fruit trees with a natural pest and disease protectant.
Plant new roses. Rose pruning can start later this month.

Parsnips, leeks, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, shallots.
