Keeping Chickens in the City and Building a Chicken Dome

A fun informative workshop to learn everything you need to know about keeping chickens in an urban area including a step by step guide on how to build a permaculture chicken dome to house them in. Course includes a mini-tour of two other urban properties where chickens are kept and domes are used to house them.

By-laws, best breeds to keep, where to buy chickens, raising baby chicks, housing options, what to feed, broodiness, moulting, how to clip wings, diseases and illness, organic treatments for lice and worms, how to build a chicken dome.
