heritage tomatoes and veggie seeds

Hi does anyone know anything about heritage tomatoes and veggie seeds. I have a collection of seeds for pink, black, purple and white tomatoes and am suffering from planters-anxiety, as these are the only seeds I have for these kinds of tomatoes. When is it a good time to plant tomato seeds in Joburg?
