info about growing in tunnel /glass/ polly house 

Happy New Year
Please I am wanting to know if you have any info about growing in tunnel /glass/ polly house .i have been growing for my first season and now I would like to know what to start for the winter or how late can I plant say tomatoes and beans so that they will produce .
I have not found any books in the libary on New Zealand conditions or they are very old books and focous on flowers
. I basicaly want to extend my season (I started the season early I had beans and tomatoes early .
