Garden description: Our lawn area is surrounded by flower beds interspersed with veges and a few native plants. The big vege planter is my favorite and provides optimal drainage and growing conditions for all sorts of yummy edibles.

Along the house our roses don't only look beautiful from the outside but also look very decorative from the inside of the lounge and bedrooms and also provide a lovely perfume when in bloom.

A mix of large pots (including veges and blooms) look great on the deck and flowers such as geraniums are fantastic in summer to deter wasps when sitting outside enjoying the sun.

Two large plum trees provide enough fruit to stock up on jam in late summer and look stunning in the spring time!

The big 'heap' at the back of the garden serves as compost and produces great soil and mulch.

Our strawberry-corner is expanding this year and will hopefully contribute to many yummy pavlovas during the summer months.

Another highlight is my husband-made potting table which can be moved around the garden as needed.
