Garden description: My aim is to get a healthy soil and healthy plants to produce mineral dense food

The vege plots are nearly a year old now with cupboards full of preserves, the freezer chock-a-block and crop rotation working well so far with no disease to report.

Fruit trees include peach, plum, apple, nectarine, persimmon, apricot.
berries not yet old enough to produce, but have included cape goosberries, blueberries, rasperries, loganberries, blackberry so far.
Herb garden is in it's infancy, and is waiting for our garage to be completed before it expands.

My current interest is in ancient and sometimes forgotten heritage plants that present the opportunity for nutrient dense food and variation in the diet. Thank you to Koanga Gardens, Garden of Eden in motueka and other wonderful trademe traders for help on this!!!
