Garden description: We have small "avid" gardeners and two"3-hen powered" chicken tractors. We have had a lot of success with raised beds and have revamped the garden from last year. We've experimented with lettuce, silverbeet, radishes, carrots, strawberries, raspberries, black currents, herbs, rhubarb and the companion flowers this past year (heirloom and not). This year we are adding Cauliflower, Chicory, Corn Salad, Cress Broad Leaf Eggplant, Pak Choi, Rocket, Chamomile, Coriander, Anise, Globe Artichoke, Arugula, Bean, Beet, Beetroot, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Celery, Kale, Leek, Onion, Chilli Parsnip, Pepper, Spinach, Tomato, Zucchini, Bergamot, Broccoli Purple Sprouting, Cucumber, Jicama It is very rewarding!
