Question: Hi BekaD, Same situation for me recently with the amount of zuks (one can only eat so many cakes). I have tried and my 3 kids love zuk fritters. 3-4 cups each of zuk & potatoes grated & drained. onion and garlic to taste salt n pepper to taste egg to bind (I use 4). quarter cup flour. I add haloumi but you can any cheese. Enjoy		sourdough
