roughly chop the onion and tomatoes and blend with chopped herbs and garlic
beat egg lightly together with water , adding a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
sift in flour and stir to create a VERY thick batter.
fold in the tomato mix to batter mix, stirring thoroughly.
**the liquid from the tomatoes should be adequate to thin the batter. if mix is too dry - add more tomatoes or water. **
cook in frypan on a medium heat.
